Plant system map
The verified plant route is a chain, not a single machine recipe. A Kinetic Press turns Burnt Residue into Gold and Seed. Water combines with Seed to make Wet Seed. Wet Seed placed in a Planter Box can grow into a Flower. The Flower head contains Amethelis and Gold, and those solid outputs can pass through the Planter Box for collection.

Seed
Seed is one output of the Kinetic Press. Do not treat the Gold and Seed mixture as the end of the route. Give the output a visible collection area so you can confirm that Seed exists before sending it toward Water. If the Press has stopped, solve that machine problem first using the Kinetic Press guide.
Wet Seed
Wet Seed is the bridge between the machine chain and the plant chain. It forms when Water combines with Seed. Build the wetting step where both inputs remain visible during the first test. A missing Wet Seed can otherwise look like a Planter Box failure even though the actual break is upstream.
Planter Box
The Planter Box receives Wet Seed and supports Flower growth. Keep its upper growth space clear during setup. Also keep the lower collection route visible: Gold and Amethelis can pass through the box, so the area below it is part of the functional layout rather than decoration.
Flower
The Flower is the grown result, not just scenery. Its head contains Amethelis and Gold. Exact quantities are version sensitive, so this page does not turn that relationship into a per-minute calculator or a fixed ratio.
Collect the Flower output
Start with a manual proof layout before adding heat automation:
- Confirm a Kinetic Press produces Seed from Burnt Residue.
- Move the Seed into an isolated, visible Water contact area.
- Confirm Wet Seed exists before placing it in a Planter Box.
- Keep the space above the box clear for growth.
- Leave a collection channel below the box.
- Confirm Gold and Amethelis pass through rather than accumulating in an unseen cavity.
- Route the two outputs only after the basic cycle works.

This order separates production, conversion, placement, growth and collection. Rebuilding the Planter Box cannot fix a Seed shortage, and adding more Water cannot clear a blocked output path.
From manual growth to automation
The official FAQ suggests Thermal Buffers, Pyro Dispensers and a heat source for automated Flower processing. That is an official direction, not a verified universal blueprint. Heat introduces a destructive boundary: a layout that processes the Flower must not destroy the plant route before outputs are collected.
Use an incremental upgrade sequence:
- First prove Wet Seed placement and Flower growth without automated heat.
- Then prove that the collection path below the Planter Box remains open.
- Add one controlled heat component while keeping the Flower and outputs visible.
- Observe whether the same geometry repeats successfully; one successful cycle is not a stability claim.
- Add buffers or additional processing only after the smallest heat-assisted test is repeatable.
Do not treat this overview as a “best plant setup.” Stable spacing, growth time, processing timing and throughput still need a current-version test. Use the page to place every plant entity in the chain and find the first step that failed.
Plant troubleshooting
The Planter Box does not grow a Flower
Check the input identity before changing the structure. The confirmed growth input is Wet Seed, not merely Seed. Then clear the space above the box and remove heat or processing devices while establishing a manual baseline.
Seed never reaches the plant area
Trace the route back to the Kinetic Press. It needs Burnt Residue and can stop when its input state is wrong. Use a temporary open collection area to prove which output is being produced before building a long transport line.
The Flower grows but nothing is collected
Inspect below the Planter Box. Gold and Amethelis can pass through it, but the collection area still needs room and a route. Remove downstream complexity until both materials are visible.
Automation destroys or interrupts the Flower
Return to the manual layout. The official automation suggestion does not establish safe spacing for every version or factory geometry. Add the heat path back one component at a time and record the first stage that changes the result.
